What is the best part about your compensation package?
Continuous evaluation and feedback provided.
Work From Home policy along with good insurance.
The remote work policy that allows me to work from home on occasion, and even work when on family trips, etc.
Wage reviews yearly - opportunity for large raises with personal and company performance.
Regular salary increases based upon performance.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Open work environment focused on team atmosphere
We work together, there is healthy disagreement, but once we pick a plan, everyone is on board.
We work so well together we can complete each others sentences.
Everyone genuinely cares about helping our clients.
Hard working team where each member is really invested in delivering the best quality work possible

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
TRIBUS values innovation, trust, continuous learning, quality & learning.
We have an awesome office in the heart of downtown Denver at a popular co-op space.
Clients really love us - they are genuinely engaged and enjoy talking to our team.
Very collaborative - if I have a problem, I know I can work with others to get it fixed
Office could use a bit more decor, but overall good environment

What did you like most about the interview process?
Appreciation for experience in other fields of work, and how those strengths can be applied in other areas.
Since we're a smaller company, it was very important that whoever was hired would fit well with the team so they were very good about not only asking about my strengths as an employee and past work experiences but also got to know me to make sure I'd be a great fit!
They asked really good questions about my past experience.

The work environment! Even on busier days, the stress level in the office is never high
Working on really challenging questions / problems
Working on new projects and getting to launch new clients
The challenge in the software we develop and the commitment to UX
