What's the company culture like at TRIBUS?
Strong. Everyone really looks out for everyone else. It’s definitely a place to enjoy yourself while still working hard.
Hard working but easy going
Very collaborative - you can rely on your coworkers. I love how everyone is willing to jump in and help each other. More importantly, nearly everyone has the willingness to teach others.

While the dress code at the office is casual, i'd always suggest professional attire for the job applicant.
Does TRIBUS have any remote positions?
Employees are allowed to work from home on occasion, but typically no everyone must be in one of the offices.
While we have work from home days for all employees at their discretion, all employees are required to reside near one of our offices. This includes all developers - there are no offshore positions at TRIBUS.
What are your coworkers at TRIBUS like?
They genuinely care about their work. Everyone is very friendly and all work together as a team

What is the onboarding process like at TRIBUS and how long does it last?
Onboarding is defined per role. Some departments take 2-3 days while others are a slower onboarding while learning that occurs over 2-3 weeks.

They pay for us to increase our knowledge.
What is the daily attire at TRIBUS?
Fairly casual.
What is TRIBUS' policy towards pets in the workplace?
Our Denver office allows them as long as they are calm. Our Chicago office building only allows service animals.

What is the best advice you could give someone during their first month at TRIBUS?
If you don't know the RE industry, really study it prior to starting. TRIBUS provided some great videos that really helped. Also in development, make sure to do some homework. The code platform is large and complex and definitely will require some time outside of normal hours to get acquainted.
How are the career growth opportunities on the Executive team at TRIBUS?
Excellent. Everyone has room for advancement as the company is experiencing rapid growth.
How's the morale at TRIBUS?
Amazing. Everyone is humming along and seems to enjoy their jobs

There is massive growth potential in the company and great opportunities for advancement.
What part of TRIBUS's business is growing fastest? What part is having difficulties?
Enterprise software sales. The larger the company the more successful we are. Our biggest issues are with very small brokerage companies under 15 people who typically have problems paying.
Does TRIBUS drug test or do a background check?
No drug test, but they do background checks.
How does TRIBUS handle HR issues?
It’s a fairly flat organization. Nearly all issues can be handled by direct managers. If someone doesn’t feel comfortable they can go all the way to the CEO to get something resolved.
In your opinion, what are the most common interview questions that TRIBUS asks?
Mostly asked about experience. Some thought provoking questions about how I get to specific answers and how I interact with people I don't know.

What's your favorite designed physical product? What's your least favorite designed physical product?
What's the work from home policy like at TRIBUS?
Very lenient - there is a set of about 10 rules to follow like having a quiet space and good internet.
How helpful was your Product team when you were first hired at TRIBUS?
Very - they had video training on how the products worked, plus received 1 on 1 training
