Very secure. I think I could probably stay here and advance for 3-5+ years if I wanted to.
What's the best part of your job at Redfin?
The culture in engineering is fantastic. The company mission of redefining real estate in the company culture isn't just empty words, everyone really buys into it. The CEO, Glenn, is pretty inspirational.
How's the work pace at Redfin?
Work life balance is important here, but we make an effort to ship/iterate quickly. Some roles/teams definitely have to work harder than others.
What are the team outings like at Redfin?
Tech teams have team outings once a quarter on Redfin's dime, however many teams also have team movie nights, dinner, play on rec teams together, go to happy hour, etc. The quarterly team outings are fun with the team typically choosing what to do. The last couple my team have been on were whirly ball, an escape room and bowling/arcade. Sometimes there is an open tab and sometimes there isn't, some teams don't care to spring for it if most of the team doesn't drink much.

How do you remove a previous owner's photos from Redfin? None of the instructions -- go to Owner Dashboard, go to Manage Photos, etc. works because I never get the option to remove or delete those photos. Does previous owner have to unclaim the house
