- What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?The only interaction with anyone is via Zoom or Google Meetings, which most people are beyond tired of at this point, Company onboarding & training should be done in person. Redfin is a totally different business model from other brokerages and virtual meetings are not as effective.
- What needs to change to make the company culture better?Less middle management. Needs to run more like a regular brokerage
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Make more commission. Cut out useless middle management.
