Karen S. Krupsaw — Senior Vice President of Real Estate Operations at Redfin

Ms. Karen S. Krupsaw serves as Senior Vice President of Real Estate Operations for Redfin Corporation. Ms. Krupsaw oversees the home-selling business at Redfin nationwide and is responsible for its East Coast operations, including revenues, hiring, customer service and expansions into new markets. Ms. Krupsaw served as Vice President of Real Estate Operations at Redfin. She was hired in 2009 as the Washington DC Market Manager of Redfin and stepped up to the role of East Coast Regional Director in 2011. Prior to Redfin, she spent 15 years working in the home building industry, leading the growth of large sales organizations and overseeing company-wide marketing strategies. Ms. Krupsaw served as Vice President of Sales & Marketing at The Bozzuto Group, Inc. (alternate name: Bozzuto & Associates, Inc.) and previously for Renaissance Housing. Ms. Krupsaw is Chairman of the Judging Committee for the Monument Awards, honoring excellence in architecture in the Washington metropolitan region. In 1994, Ms. Krupsaw was a recipient of the Marketing Director of the Year award by Washington Metropolitan Chapter of MAME (Major Achievement in Marketing Excellence), and has been honored with numerous sales and marketing excellence awards. Ms. Krupsaw attended Boston University's School of Management where she obtained a Bachelor of Science degree, majoring in Finance.
