Develop leaders, not just executors. There's a vacuum left by authoritative style as company grows. Myopic focus on discrete metrics. Plan for long term and customer satisfaction over short term contact generation. Invest in make a good core product over chasing every growth opp.
Make more commission. Cut out useless middle management.

The only interaction with anyone is via Zoom or Google Meetings, which most people are beyond tired of at this point, Company onboarding & training should be done in person. Redfin is a totally different business model from other brokerages and virtual meetings are not as effective.

Agents are sometimes ungrateful
