What's the vibe like in the Product dept at TRIBUS? How many hours are you working?
Mostly regular working hours. Rarely some extra hours.
How's the leadership on the Product team at TRIBUS?
Excellent - she spends an appropriate amount of time checking in and helping to remove blockers.
What's the Product team like at TRIBUS?
A very well defined product team. VP of Product - dev teams, designers.
What's the best part of your job at TRIBUS?
The people I get to work with.
How can I improve my chances of being hired at TRIBUS?
Make sure to follow the directions of the application. I know a lot of people don't and their information is never even reviewed. Also study about the market that the company serves. Know about brokerages vs agents and Zillow / Trulia / realtor.com etc.

Very comfortable sharing both good and bad feedback. Employees receive at least yearly reviews, on top of ongoing candid feedback in one on one updates monthly.

There is a lot of training to help employees get to the next level. The company always looks internally first before going outside.

PTO + Sick Time = 10+ days for all employees, higher for senior positions.
