It was only 1 interview. I honestly wish it had been more so I could see if I would fit in with the branch staff not just HR

Train their employees better. The give a fast training and then set employees loose without much supervision. They also need to do what they agree to. You can't hire a person for 1 area and then routinely send them elsewhere
