This is a great place to work with many great benefits and amazing people. I cannot say enough nice things about 99% of the things here, but the one that matters most, they fall short. For executives they have stated they aim for 50th percentile of pay range at a minimum. This is not standard for us

On page 65 of their 10-K filling they discuss executive compensation and this is stated in there "target compensation at the 50th percentile of market levels, as measured by Payscales" This is not the target for regular employees and that leaves a very bad taste in employees doing above average work
