I've never felt like I couldn't request time with someone no matter what their title or department.

People are well meaning, and generally communicate quite effectively. We are remote first now so that can be challenging, but people are very consciencious.

Everyone works hard and that is great to be around. At the same time, there is a lot of flexibility if you need it. The company is also pretty progressive when it comes to diversity and inclusion and has ERGs to support different identity groups in the company that are funded to engage in events.

There is a relaxing calm while working. The environment is comfortable and makes it easy to work and share ideas.

I sometimes marvel at the willingness of people to help each other. There are also channels to say thanks to others publicly so that it is know and recognized.

There is no constant pressure looming over you or expectation that it is never enough.

Very inclusive. They relish input from all!

Although we are all unique, we are all equal. No judgment from anyone. You can be who you are with comfort and no fear of rejection. Management interacts with us from the top down. No "stuffiness" here!

Communcation, validation and recognition of not just managers who just report the people under them and their work. Leadership that is promoted due to more than friendships with VPs and executives or nepotisim. A return to the tucows they show you in your interview not what you get when you start

Communication needs to improve, better pay equity among roles, less finger-pointing and more transparent accountability.
