Everyone is approachable and leadership is always willing to hear new ideas allowing us to think outside the traditional boxes.
Product leadership struggles to deliver a cohesive vision that both ICs and Managers can identify with and truly believe in.
They are incredibly hard working and are more down to earth than you would expect. I like that communication flows freely here between all levels, but decisions are made using reporting lines. It keeps people accessible, but also there is some order as well.

The leadership team here not only listens but actually understands and is empathetic to the needs of the workforce. They also care about mentoring the teams below them, so I love that I can easily schedule time with an exec and make my voice heard (or even find that they've scheduled time with me).
