The team I work under is small but tenured and great. Our manager is not but to be fair the managers at tucows except for a small 3 (and one whos sadly no longer with us) are yes men and women. Our team of under 15 knows this and thankfully runs well due to not involving ourselves with them if able

Very collaborative! Our meetings tend to be productive where we bounce ideas off each other as we are all want to resolve whatever issue is at hand and get work back on track. Never had such a collaborative group to work with before.

Where do I start. They are super encouraging and kind. Everyone is super talented, and it pushes the team to higher levels. We all bring our best to the team. Beyond that, people truly care about others and make it a collaborative, caring, environment.
