My experience at Tucows was a smooth onboarding, although, I will admit I did feel a little insecure at times, because of the lack of face to face time being remote, but after 2 weeks the team really helped and now I know my way around! Most supportive leaders ever.

The culture was the best kept secret when I joined. I didn't realize how progressive and advanced the learning and development programs are. The culture is very innovative and the engineers are radically kind with each other. Values include net neutrality and being open.
