-Remove bureacracy - Focus on innovation. Listen to customer - Alignment in goal and vision across teams.

- We got lot of smart people. If shared clear objective and higher level company vision and mission, then sky is limit for what can be achieved

- Company vision and mission needs to be clarified. - Empathy with Upstox customer is missing. We have neglected customer requirements. Product not in sync with ground reality. Long term vision is missing - Smart people does not have say as bureaucracy is pushed in with addition of new hirings.

Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?

- Salary is not even among teams. - There are team where payout is really good but there are teams where payout is average even though both contribute around the same. - Need to look at old folks who are holding lot of experience but they are not revaluated from market standards for compensation

Que faut-il changer pour améliorer la culture de l’entreprise?

- High time WFH is taken away and hybrid working enviroment is required for team bonding and to know better the other teams. - Like I said - Company vision and mission needs to be clarified. We got smart people and we are well positioned in market. We can be the No 1 in all aspects in Fintech domain
