They won't listen concern of employee why one is exiting. They want yes from your side if they listen your concern you will surely retain or not.

- Company vision and mission needs to be clarified. - Empathy with Upstox customer is missing. We have neglected customer requirements. Product not in sync with ground reality. Long term vision is missing - Smart people does not have say as bureaucracy is pushed in with addition of new hirings.
