This company does a very good job of trying to mimic other high-performing healthcare facilities and fails miserably. Most people who work here want to provide the best care they can for patients and are constantly seeking more from leadership in order to achieve that goal, but to no avail.

Everyone I work with wants to do the best job possible, but is constantly burnt out and overworked. Front line employees often bear the brunt of the difficult times while management sits in pointless meetings or places their focus on other inconsequential areas.

Addressing the needs of the employees. Creating a better work/life balance. Creating a compensation/advancement plan that actually rewards employees rather than keeping the status quo. Overall visibility by all levels of management. Supplying employees with what they need to do their jobs well.
Qu’est-ce qui est le plus positif à propos de la culture et de l’environnement de votre entreprise?
There has been a movement for change in leadership, but the pace and overall uptake seem to be lacking. The method is also multiple ideas taken from other successful businesses with a fancy new branding. Not sure how our management got to where they are without what is being taught currently.
