Well I have been here a year. So far so good. we still face big challenges trying to streamline processes. This is not a one size fits all business. proper care in evaluating the effects of changes on individual markets can greatly improve production and profit. The team here is top of the mark.

the direction seams to be changing company policy's need to be communicated to all. Individual policy's that effect others are not communicated or training provided.

I don't take the insurance plan. we should have a opt out bonus. It would not need to be much. It saves the company thousands a year.
