I like the respect that is shown to the tower techs, I like the fact that they allow me and my subordinates to learn and grow as a team, I like the forward thinking and fresh approach to tackling old and new problems , they are progressive in their mindset and make Velex a great place to work.

They do show they care. Just feels like they are handcuffed from get us what we need to successfully do our job. Parts and materials are an issue on every site. Lots of stuff we don't need and not enough of what we do need.

need to learn how to treat employees better plain and simple. most people are treated as numbers and not as humans.

Listen to the little man. Just because it works for one, doesn't mean it works for all. Focus on what makes individual markets successful and investigate the variables that create it.

Clear communication and more support. A majority of teams in the markets are extremely over worked. Leadership makes commitments to customers but do not allow the individuals in the markets to hire or obtain necessary support to meet those commitments. Positions and roles are constantly changing.
