Having the chance to be apart of a great brand. Be able to keep t-mobile a happy costumer. Getting outages back up and carong about the costumers money and time . Makeong tje brand look good makes me feel good
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Working cross platforms and companies is still as difficult as ever. We preach drive as one but do not. We find out about changes way after the change is made and are rarely a part of the conversation.

Again provide the proper staffing for the work load. Don't dump other peoples works on those that are already overwhelmed.

Materials not being correct. Frustrating seeing lots of waste with having to much of what we don't need and not what we do need
Lack of communication and No set standard of any kind for new employees/recruit. Leaders are not leading.

Consistent processes that don't change every month would help streamline some of my responsibilities. These teams are changing constantly under the guise of "growing" and responsibilities are shuffled around constantly.
