What do you like best about the leadership team?
The relationship i have with my leadership team is perfect for me and the priorities of the company. We have trust in each other to do our best and whats best for eachother. What i like best is the feeling that my career is in good hands and opportunities come my way time after time.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
the life insurance package is very fair and think is some of the best around that im aware of.

The best part is that when we are out of state or a certain amount of miles away from office/warehouse we get per diem to cover hotel and food expenses.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There are some aspects and responsibilities that are out of the scope of the position or should require more training or experience. That is not to say I am not meeting or exceeding at those task/responsibilities, but it should be meet with equal compensation.

What are some of the best things about your team?
My team, is energetic and we are always happy to see each other when given the chance. We are tight knit and look out for each other. We are always willing and able to assist eachother with any questions one another may have.
