I love my team and the company culture. Another great aspect is that our team really stands behind the Vena product and see's the value it can have.

There are so many opportunities to get to know your team members. I love the fact that I feel a connection and sense of community with the Vena team.

The leadership team promotes a creative, fun, and strong work culture. Lots of opportunities to get to know management and they fully disclose business changes or updates in weekly town halls.

There were three stages of the interview process: phone call, interview, and case study. Throughout each stage I felt like I was talking among my team members vs. trying to show my abilities.

Benefits start on day 1 of employment, where normally you'd have to wait 3-6 months before you get health care. RRSP matching and stock begins after 3 months of employment which I believe is fair compensation. The fact that we receive stock options is such a great bonus!!
