Diversity is at the core of our success as a team. There are folks from so many backgrounds, industries, etc. that everyone brings and shares input based on their own unique perspectives. Our team is made up of genuinely amazing human beings, who buy into team dynamics and consistently contribute.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Vena is just a really welcoming and open place to work. As soon as I started I felt like I could ask any question to any person in the company and get a thoughtful answer. It didn't feel like I was on my own to figure things out.

What did you like most about the interview process?
I really liked that I was asked by the hiring manager throughout the process how I felt it was going. It felt like my opinion and feelings about the interview process mattered even though I wasn't an official employee yet.

Every single interaction felt more like a conversation between old friend rather than a job interview. Interviewers arrived to interview prepped, asked really great hard hitting questions, and were always forthcoming. At no point did I not know what next steps were, and follow ups were always prompt

What makes you most happy at work?
There's a good amount of work but the stress is low. I don't find that my position at Vena requires me to work extra hours and we have a great work/life balance.
