I have received way better offers for similar roles in similar companies. To make me feel better, we can start with more transparency on what characteristics are being looked at when deciding which companies to compare to for the market rate, and how exactly is the market rate calculated.

Although it was challenging you were interviewed by the right people and was encouraged to be yourself. Was not asked too many technical questions but was asked relevant questions that was relevant to your personality and thought processes
