Overall, I think Vena has been my most positive work experience in my professional career so far.

There's real diversity in the leadership team. They make an effort to make positive changes based on their employee feedback.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We're always striving to improve how our team works together. They're also just really fun people to talk to every day.
What makes you most happy at work?
There's a good amount of work but the stress is low. I don't find that my position at Vena requires me to work extra hours and we have a great work/life balance.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I really liked that I was asked by the hiring manager throughout the process how I felt it was going. It felt like my opinion and feelings about the interview process mattered even though I wasn't an official employee yet.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Vena is just a really welcoming and open place to work. As soon as I started I felt like I could ask any question to any person in the company and get a thoughtful answer. It didn't feel like I was on my own to figure things out.
