What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone wants the best for the team, not just themselves. This makes working on continuous improvement projects much more fruitful

People are still happy to go above and beyond for their team members. You would never hear "that's not my job so I'm not going to help" in Vena. There's a real eagerness to collaborate across functions.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
A huge focus on work-life balance. Every town hall is started with the host telling you what they did that weekend, how they're using their vacation days, or a hobby they recently enjoyed. It sets a great tone from the top

When you have a problem, you can voice it and be heard. You won't always get the resolution you want as quickly as you would like it, but progress will be made.

What did you like most about the interview process?
I could speak freely about my long term goals and the hiring managers freely spoke about supporting those goals and how I could reach them.

The actual interview was relaxed and focused on culture fit. My experience and the take home assignment already proved I had the skills, so it was nice to also focus on if I would enjoy working with the team

The interviewers were down to earth and the process was fast. Even though there were a couple of interview rounds, they all happened within the same week and I had an answer shortly afterward.
