It's the best job I've had so far for a lot of reasons. It's been a positive experience, at an organization with a pleasant culture and good "depth of bench" when it comes to leadership experience. I've pushed myself further here than anywhere else, and I hope to remain here.

People are considerate and don't place inordinate pressure on each other when planning mistakes are made. The leadership makes an effort to cheerlead and do 'fun' stuff, but it's none of that cult hype that is associated with a lot of software companies. It's sane. People are sane.

Everybody cares, offers to help out, everyone is friendly. You can strike up a conversation with anyone at Vena whther or not you know them, and pretty much count on a pleasant conversation where you'll learn new things about how the company works or about the individual.
