It's the best job I've had so far for a lot of reasons. It's been a positive experience, at an organization with a pleasant culture and good "depth of bench" when it comes to leadership experience. I've pushed myself further here than anywhere else, and I hope to remain here.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are considerate and don't place inordinate pressure on each other when planning mistakes are made. The leadership makes an effort to cheerlead and do 'fun' stuff, but it's none of that cult hype that is associated with a lot of software companies. It's sane. People are sane.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The options, for the first time in my software career, are actually a good, tangible prospect as the product offering is not a "flash in the pan" so many other companies. I hope to remain here and make an impact in the long term, and my options are correspondingly meaningful, not trivial.
