I think everyone will always want better benefits and better pay, but overall it is a company that I feel respects me and treats me fairly. The work is also interesting and my managers have always focused on making sure I get a wide breath of experience to help me progress.

When you have a problem, you can voice it and be heard. You won't always get the resolution you want as quickly as you would like it, but progress will be made.

The interviewers were down to earth and the process was fast. Even though there were a couple of interview rounds, they all happened within the same week and I had an answer shortly afterward.

People are still happy to go above and beyond for their team members. You would never hear "that's not my job so I'm not going to help" in Vena. There's a real eagerness to collaborate across functions.

The actual interview was relaxed and focused on culture fit. My experience and the take home assignment already proved I had the skills, so it was nice to also focus on if I would enjoy working with the team

A huge focus on work-life balance. Every town hall is started with the host telling you what they did that weekend, how they're using their vacation days, or a hobby they recently enjoyed. It sets a great tone from the top
