At Vivint I get to focus on taking care of my community. My focus is on making my customer smile, and making sure they are happy and safe. Vivint gives me all the tools and support I need to make that happen.

Vivint has built a culture focused on people. The goal is not to make money - as leadership has stated, take care of people and profit will come. Vivint does a very good job applying that concept to both its employees and its customers.

The leadership team at Vivint make me feel valued and respected. When I have feedback to improve the company, they listen, and when appropriate, I see that feedback implemented. When my manager needs more from me, he makes no bones about it - he tells me what he needs.
