Cool to very cool and good

I'm treated well for the most part. My direct boss, a Senior Partner, is a notorious micro manager who makes my life miserable so I'm wondering if it is worth it to stock this out for a partner promotion.

Great company for flexibility and balance of work and home life. Managers and directors support growth and lower team members. Could be a bit faster at rolling out new tech and features, but still very nimble.

Great working environment with flexibility and understanding of personal life issues. Often leadership takes a hit for the rest of the team.

  • I like it, its a new day each day. Longer projects can feel a bit repetitive especially if you are higher up in the project structure. But, I feel like I need to do a better job if I feel stuck, getting unstuck.

  • Just be passionate and honest during the interview. The process is tough and we are very selective with who we hire because we want to maintain our culture. But, the process is fair and getting hired is awesome given all the company has to offer.

  • I feel like its average, though I think I should be making a bit more given the certifications and responsibilities that I hold. But overall, it is still fair given the benefits package.

  • It is a fun vibe, we all get along and have fun together. The Quarterly meetings are awesome and lots of variety with the post activities. As for our team, we are working 8-9hrs per day, sometimes on the weekend if we are behind on our sprint. But we get a lot of reward with activities for our hard work.

  • We have some incredibly smart and dedicated people. Our projects are challenging but we have a lot of fun and try to do lots of team outings. My current team is very close and we work very well together. Honestly, I cannot say enough about the people in the engineering and the company in general.
