I'm treated well for the most part. My direct boss, a Senior Partner, is a notorious micro manager who makes my life miserable so I'm wondering if it is worth it to stock this out for a partner promotion.
Great company for flexibility and balance of work and home life. Managers and directors support growth and lower team members. Could be a bit faster at rolling out new tech and features, but still very nimble.
