WPP lacks diversity. Very racist, sexist culture.
How flexible is your work schedule at WPP?
My role is global so timing needs to be flexible. WPP are very accommodating.
What's the work from home policy like at WPP?
Very generous. The emphasis is on getting the work done, regardless of from where.
