How does Accela handle HR issues?
The same is true 4 years on. HR are only interested in doing the bare minimum.
HR is not helpful. They're neither proactive nor interested in doing more than the bare minimum. I have the distinct feeling the HR department is fully invested in promoting and protecting the company interest. They barely feign interest in employees.
