What did you like most about the interview process?not a lot. A long and slow process. Multiple interviews, and not quick to decide.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Publish pay scales, stop discouraging managers from giving high review scores, reinstate benefits (401k match, Cell Phone reimbursement, tuition reimbursement, Health insurance stipend) to pre-pandemic levels, ensure increases are above inflation, emphasize retention of current staff over new hires
