Greatly improved from the previous leadership team, yet are too removed from the people on the ground who are actually making things happen. Unresponsive to employee concerns and suggestions, initiatives are done more for show than to make meaningful difference.

Publish pay scales, stop discouraging managers from giving high review scores, reinstate benefits (401k match, Cell Phone reimbursement, tuition reimbursement, Health insurance stipend) to pre-pandemic levels, ensure increases are above inflation, emphasize retention of current staff over new hires
