What do you like best about the leadership team?
Greatly improved from the previous leadership team, yet are too removed from the people on the ground who are actually making things happen. Unresponsive to employee concerns and suggestions, initiatives are done more for show than to make meaningful difference.

Not much talking about small stuff and micro managing
Hard-working, talented, accountable, knowledgeable, collaborative

Staff keep things together and keep things moving forward, not always with the requisite support from leadership

Thought they were good company.
not a lot. A long and slow process. Multiple interviews, and not quick to decide.
What makes you most happy at work?
My co-workers are outstanding and a pleasure to work with.
