I love it here the team is fantatic and the mission is worth getting behind! More pay would be great, but i dont feel like its bad at all!

Overall, I love working for this company! I think we have some very phenomenal culture here and the love and care for our team is very evident. However, I do think we could improve on our work life balance by providing employees with more PTO. I think offering 21 days instead of 15 shows more care!
