Culture is good and my direct team is wonderful. The company as a whole I think should revisit compensation and benefits to match other larger companies. The fast paced culture and mindset to always improvive is good for a younger engineer. There are lots of opportunities to learn and take on more responsibilities.

They seem relatively transparent for the most part? I've yet to really interact with any of them directly so it can also be a bit hard to say.

The best part is the unlimited PTO plan, but it is also tricky to navigate the plan as there is always so much work that you feel less inclined to take days off.

I think better health care coverage, and misc wellness benefits (however small) could go a long way. Knowing that my position requires me to be in person 90% of the time vs someone who is full remote - I feel that should be associated with compensation.
