It has been a very fruitful and rewarding experience so far. I am a relatively new employee, and I have learnt a lot technically. What impressed me the most -> The CTO actually codes and is hands on, at such a big company -> The CTO said that people are promoted up the ranks, i.e all managers have a technical background (as opposed to being 'JIRA' managers with no technical expertise)
