I am not sure if its the best but it does cover all of my needs. So I can't really complain too much about it.
Leadership from the CEO is a clear vision of where the company should go. Direct managers also do a good job supporting their employees and helping push them to improve themselves.
My office team is great. When we brainstorm, we really come up with some great ideas. We all want to make sure things get done the right way, without cutting corners.
I get to do work that I love, for a company that is trying to help people, with people that I love working with. Its actually really hard to get better then that.
Generally speaking, its a really caring environment. For the most part, everyone wants to make sure you succeed. Also, there is always a thought about how something works for a potential client or a potential recruit.
The interview process is really pretty thorough. From my experience it has been a multi step interview process both trying to make sure the person will be reliable but also that they match the culture. Unfortunately, the only downside is that it can take a long time.
