There is no question you can't bring to them. I recently i had a mtg with my COO (a female and under 40 which is rare unto itself) remind me during the mtg that I did not have to qualify my experience or my input and that i had great ideas. How refreshing!

Weekly 4 oclock happy hour (drink what you wish); join coworkers on a zoom to chat, play a game together. Monthly all hands. Active slack usage that encourages open participation.

Better communication systems across the internal orgs. This is not a negative- we're just working a bit too hard at reactive measures when we could make ourselves even more efficient utilizing project management solutions. Would only take us farthee!
