If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at BAYADA Home Health Care?
I think that because it is such a large company with so many different sub sections, it can be easy to focus in on just what you or your office is working on. Because of this some times the individuals can miss the big picture and forget that just by taking one extra step it could provide a win for the company, even if it does not provide a win for the office. If everyone does that, it is bound to come back to that office.
