What do you like best about your company?
It is light filled. As in positive, fast, and engaging.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Engaged, passionate, welcoming, smart, and tenacious. Hands out to raise everyone up. Not acceptable to do the opposite.
What makes you most happy at work?
Contributing to a very fast moving, very fast growing, very profitable, very positive environment. Making sure our clinicians and our communities are served well.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was easy, engaging, and well organized. I was interviewed by my direct manager, the head of people and the head of sales. Went swimmingly well!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Weekly 4 oclock happy hour (drink what you wish); join coworkers on a zoom to chat, play a game together. Monthly all hands. Active slack usage that encourages open participation.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
Better communication systems across the internal orgs. This is not a negative- we're just working a bit too hard at reactive measures when we could make ourselves even more efficient utilizing project management solutions. Would only take us farthee!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
100% covered health insurance. 100% match on first 3% of 401k and next 2% gets matched at 50%. No limits put on time off. Team work 100% to cover your teammates. DEI team that is actually reported out on and taken very seriously.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There is no question you can't bring to them. I recently i had a mtg with my COO (a female and under 40 which is rare unto itself) remind me during the mtg that I did not have to qualify my experience or my input and that i had great ideas. How refreshing!
