BAYADA Home Health Care Environment Employee Reviews

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Culture is compassion and reliabity but less focused on quality by leadership now

culture of inclusion. open communication

The families i work for

Unsure as I don’t see them often at al

It's a very friendly environment

A very diverse geoup but evwryone is always accepting if each other

Flexible schedule which can be found at any agency

I work in a school and enjoy the teachers i work with. I also really enjoy watching my client grow.

Review from Customer Success Dept

Friendly, good training, set your own schedule

I make my own hours to see clients as assigned. Scheduling by office or computer system is always an issue.

My work environment is only positive because I love my patients.

The energy from the corp level is high, and the conversation is always positive.

Review from Operations Dept

Everyone seems to care for each other. This is a Plus.

The generous over all attitude.

Open door policy if any problems Try to listen and engage with staff

I ant really say i work intbe field witha 91 year old client inher own apartment

They care about us as Employees

Nothing the women in the office has attitudes answering the phone saying things like this is above her pay rate, the nurse training employees that are not certified but PCA to change clients soil diapers.

EVRYONE SEEMS TO WORK ASA A TEAM

Weekly 4 oclock happy hour (drink what you wish); join coworkers on a zoom to chat, play a game together. Monthly all hands. Active slack usage that encourages open participation.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

more resources, less top heavy/ operations heavy business model

Again, upper management taking accountability for issues and be honest about their decisions instead of blaming people who have already left. They need to set realistic expectation for the workload because it has changed significantly since the company started.

Everything I mentioned in my other comments. Bayada needs a complete overhaul. I feel, David Baiada and his family just turned Bayada into a non-profit, a few years ago, to ensure the cream stays at the top.

Innovative marketing, leadership that is experienced.

Streamline the hiring process (interviews with at least 3 different level executives) and get everyone's fingers and opinions out of it.

Hire leaders who are committed to the company and not so focused on pleasing the CEO

Office leadership needs management development ASAP. Needs to be held accountable for what they say and do. Needs to be held to being truthful, transparent, and open. Needs immediate guidance and assistance in bettering the morale of the office staff. They are lost and going through the motions.

Its notnthe culture that is the issue its the quality of people in their positions.

Listen to the demands or simple opinions of the employees

Review from Operations Dept

Treat employees better. Treat long time employees better

Review from HR Dept

Better pay; reasonable benefit contributions; consequences for client families who verbally abuse nurses

Review from Operations Dept

The culture is a lie. Be honest that you are only in business to make a profit.

Absolutely nothing. This is a pristine company to work for.

Review from Operations Dept

The office for which I work for is a bit unorganized and lacks sufficient communication at times.
