Different upper management team. Or just shut down the filling operation and do lab testing.
Find work at a different company so that they can grow in expertise, become happy doing their jobs. Currently employees are just trying to get to the end of the day.
Employees are forced to work long after the hours stated in their contracts with no compensation or appreciation for the extra time they put in. Upper management does not know how manage the number of projects with the available work force, and overwork their staff.
Hire people who have experience and follow procedures sent in place. Have the CEO and Senior Director of business step away and allow the people they hired to do their jobs. Cut out favoritisms and actually aim to provide the costumer with what they are asking for.
