The HR team really does try . They regularly ask for feedback and will stick their neck out to make things better , and genuinely care about how you feel. They changed the insurance provider for better deals on the same coverage
The coworkers but everyone is upset on how things are done. Most people think the company is not organized.
Different groups within the company working together as a team to accomplish goals. Many projects take 3-5 different departments working together to complete.
Review from Operations Dept
It is a fairly small company so pretty much everyone knows everyone. It feels very much like a close knit community or family. People care about each other here and you feel that your presence makes a difference.
Review from Operations Dept
I rarely see my coworkers or managers give up.
Social Committee run events that allow everyone to relax a bit
Review from Operations Dept
My boss and CEO are very supportive, my co-workers like to have fun
Review from Operations Dept
The company wants you to put in 200% at all times, even though this often means being less productive. The CEO doesn't believe you are working if you are sitting or on your computer. He walks into a room, and people become rush to look busy by his standards, even though they already are working hard
Review from Operations Dept
Everyone is working hard together, I enjoy that everyone knows how we are impacting patients lives with our work
There is a great social committee and the company does raffles, company parties and BBQs
The mission of the company is very inspiring.
The immediate team I work with. Senior management is incompetent and in it for themselves.
Review from Engineering Dept
Everyone is very approachable and easy to work with.
Social committee plans fun events for employees throughout the year- unfortunately, not all employees are always able to enjoy due to poor project planning that pulls them away from these events. Asking employees to clock out for pain-and-sip looked bad on upper management
Review from Operations Dept
Owners need to step back and let their management team manage, as well as train their managers. If your going to promote within that’s great but you can’t throw someone in to a management role after 1 year of work with no training. Stop being cheap a
Review from Operations Dept
Focus on doing things right the first time. Slow down and fix the problems that occur over and over rather then focus on rushing to make a quick buck
Review from Operations Dept
Communication is lacking and rushing to get things done leads to mistakes, frustration, and employee turn over
Hold people accountable. Start accepting responsibility rather than blaming. Focus on quality and safety first.
Review from Engineering Dept
Leadership direction, mentoring by leadership, defined expectations, training rather than just expecting someone to find their way, putting quality into the product, authenticity with clients, slowing down so we can get it right the first time rather than being reactive-be proactive.
The owners need to retire or sell the company. They are easily the most corrupt and unethical people it has ever been my displeasure to meet.
Review from Engineering Dept
The executive team has no long term plan. Develop one. Stick to it. Stop treating each deadline as the end of the world. Stop forcing the staff to compromise their ethics to meet deadlines.
Quality first. The owners need to stop being daily contributors to the business and stop lying to employees and clients.
Review from Engineering Dept
Hire people with common sense, not degrees. Value employees.
Review from Operations Dept
Hire more employees, compensate employees fairly
