Our company culture caters to enjoying your job and having a strong work-life balance. Especially now that we are working from home, we are able to focus and get all of our work done without feeling worn down or stressed. Management encourages time off and taking breaks so that you're not stressed.

The people make the culture and contribute to the overall positivity of the company. We're all trying to lift each other up and make the 40 hours of work each week enjoyable rather than bearable. When things are particiularly stressful, my boss reaches out to make sure I have the support I need.
