Overworked, high expectations with no work-life balance. Employee's feedback are rarely accepted or considered
Micromanaged constantly. Low pay and overloaded with work. The only thing this company cares about is amount of calls youre taking not your performance and the job includes way more than only taking calls. Worst management I have ever experienced
