Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Told we cost the company to much so they redused our benefits and raised the cost
The health and dental benefits were drastically decreased while the cost went up. Subpar benefits is not what you expect working for an insurance company.
Pay and benefits are not competitive especially for the amount of work we do
Salaries are what they are. I'd feel better about it if I weren't micro managed through the work day.

Our team works well together to solve complex problems,
Most of us work in Collaboration and supportive of each other
Peers support each other, even when company policy and processes don't make sense.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Some employees have been there for 15+ years. They havent adapter to changes. People starting a new job at CL dont seem to stay for very long.

Blatant favoritism needs to stop.

Behaviour focused, transparency, honesty, collaborative

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
It takes around a month for vetting to clear before you can start. You are not told which team you will work in until last min.
What makes you most happy at work?
autonomy, diverse perspective, passion, value outcomes
My colleages and the versatile options available such as emails and live chats opposed to taking calls all day
Having a job so I can pay my bills. The people I work with
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Awful pay. Staff are over streached. The company has not adapted to the modern era. Every decision seems to take management years to make and they normally backtrack on whichever conclusion they've reached.
Slow internal processes mean slow responses and resolutions to our customers.
