Turn over rate is so high now because this company is not competitive with salary. Our talent has diminished greatly. And currently the average employee in our building has only been here a couple years. Basically a lot of people need help to complete there tasks and rely on veterans too much.

Needs some work. Work load can be very intense at times and 12-15 hour days can become the norm
It is great! I do not have small children but there is no pressure.

Mike is very well liked and respected and has been with Cardinal health for a long time, so he knows the business inside and out
Reserved... we have a new CEO and a few more town halls before I can form an opinion.
I have always admired the leadership of George Barrett. He is smart, caring, and a great motivator. Things could be better if they were less focused on the shareholders and more on the customers.

Great professionals with many years of experience
Awesome! After coming from a toxic work environment for 24 years, I did not know what normal was. I feel very welcome and it's a great fit even after 4 years.
What's the interview process like at Cardinal Health?
Long. 4 interviews including two phone and two in person with RD and then up to VP
Easy... I made one attempt and was hired after interviewing with three managers that wanted me to join there team. Be prepared.

Medical surgical products are growing quickly Cordis is having problems currently
Medical Division. Communication and interdepartmental support. Technology in need of updates to support business facing customers and reporting.
If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at Cardinal Health?
Find ways to level the work load. Get back to being more customer focused rather than cost cutting focused
Upper mid management could better utilize the skilled workers they have.
What's the office vibe like at Cardinal Health?
Different locations, Main Campus is Business Casual. Other locations are jeans. Vibe is collaborative and supportive.
Very laid back environment. Great team setting with wonderful leadership teams.

Very helpful. Very team oriented and a great atmosphere of helping each other especially those like me that were new at the time

Very flexible, work from home two days per week and in winter they care that of you feel it is dangerous to drive you are able to work from home. This also depends on what department you work in.
